Illustrate Your Favorite Setting

1.   Think about your favorite book or the book you are reading right now.

2.   Illustrate a setting out of the book you choose.

3.   You will need to draw, use construction paper, or do both to create your setting.

4.  You can cut out things like clouds, the sun, trees, furniture, Etc. out of the construction paper.

5. Get Creative and Have Fun!!

 

 

Materials:  Construction Paper, crayons

 

 

 

Making Predictions

 

 

1.    Choose one picture to look at for a minute or two.

2.  Make predictions:

What’s the story about?

Who is the Main Character?

What are they doing?

What might happen in the story?

How does the story end?

3.  Turn Your paper into the basket or give it to one of the teachers.

 

 

Materials:  Fables, Pencils, or Markers
